August 2013 keine Sicherheitsbedenken bez\u00fcglich der angestrebten Arbeitszeitmodelle beim Flugpersonal ge\u00e4u\u00dfert hatte, konnte der Kollektivvertrag am Donnerstag, den 8. August unterzeichnet werden. Die Unterzeichnung erfolgt nur wenige Wochen vor dem definitiven Ablauf des Vertrags, am 1. September 2013. Wenn keine Einigung gefunden worden w\u00e4re, dann w\u00e4ren die rund 1.100 Besch\u00e4ftigten ab dem 1. September nicht mehr \u00fcber einen Kollektivvertrag abgesichert gewesen. Dann h\u00e4tte auf gewerkschaftliche Aktionen zur\u00fcckgegriffen werden m\u00fcssen, um einen neuen Vertrag zu erk\u00e4mpfen. Die Prozedur vor dem nationalen Schlichtungsamt kann nun annulliert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Vertrag sieht folgende Schwerpunkte vor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der von der Direktion am 28. September 2012 gek\u00fcndigte Kollektivvertrag wird r\u00fcckwirkend auf den 1. Januar 2013 f\u00fcr die Dauer von zwei Jahren, d.h. bis zum 31. Dezember 2014, wieder eingesetzt.<\/li>\n<li>In Arbeitsgruppen werden w\u00e4hrend der Laufdauer des Vertrages produktivit\u00e4ts- und effizienzsteigernde Mittel beim Boden- und beim Flugpersonal ausgearbeitet, die dann in den Vertrag integriert werden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Sozial- und Lohnbedingungen des Personals bleiben integral erhalten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die anfangs von der Direktion geforderten Lohnk\u00fcrzungen und das Zusammenstutzen s\u00e4mtlicher vertraglich ausgehandelter Vorteile auf das legale Minimum sind demnach vom Tisch.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die noch vor neun Monaten geplante Auslagerung der Flugzeugwartung sowie die vom ehemaligen Anteilseigner Qatar Airways geforderte Flottenreduzierung sind kein Thema mehr. Die Arbeitspl\u00e4tze sind nun abgesichert.<\/p>\n<p>Der konsequente Einsatz des OGBL, seiner Personalvertreter und seiner Militanten hat sich letztendlich ausgezahlt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat zivile Luftfahrt<br \/>\nam 8.
