Juni, vom neuen Minister f\u00fcr Familie und Integration, Marc Spautz, zu einem Meinungsaustausch \u00fcber die Familienpolitik der Regierung empfangen. Bei dieser Gelegenheit \u00fcberreichte Jean-Claude Reding dem Minister die etwa 7.000 Unterschriften, die der OGBL zwischen dem 25. Januar und 30. April im Rahmen einer Petition zum Kindergeld gesammelt hatte. Inhalt der Petition war ein Gesuch an die Regierung, das<strong> Kindergeld an die Preisentwicklung und die Entwicklung der Erziehungskosten f\u00fcr Kinder und Jugendliche anzupassen. <\/strong>F\u00fcr den OGBL verliert das Kindergeld pro Jahr etwa 2,50\u00a0% an Wert, und das seit es 2006 vom Index entkoppelt wurde.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Kinder im Alter von bis zu 12 Jahren wurde mittels der Gutscheine f\u00fcr au\u00dferschulische Kinderbetreuung (Ch\u00e8ques-Services) eine Ausgleichsleistung geschaffen, und die Gemeinden haben tausende neue Krippenpl\u00e4tze eingerichtet. Diese Ma\u00dfnahme ist entsprechend an die Voraussetzung gekn\u00fcpft, im Gro\u00dfherzogtum Luxemburg ans\u00e4ssig zu sein. Die Kinder der Grenzg\u00e4nger im Allgemeinen und die Kinder der Gebietsans\u00e4ssigen, die \u00e4lter als 12 Jahre sind, sind also von dieser Ma\u00dfnahme ausgeschlossen.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL fragte den Minister, was er zu tun beabsichtige, um dem Kindergeld seinen urspr\u00fcnglichen Wert zur\u00fcckzugeben und die Aufrechterhaltung dieses Wertes in den kommenden Jahren zu garantieren. Au\u00dferdem wollte die Delegation wissen, auf welche Weise die Regierung die Ungerechtigkeit im Hinblick auf die Kinder der Grenzg\u00e4nger und die Kinder von \u00fcber 12 Jahren zu beseitigen gedenke. Schlie\u00dflich erkundigte sich der OGBL, ob die K\u00fcrzung der Schulanfangszulage, die die Regierung vor einigen Monaten im Rahmen der Festlegung der Politik zur Haushaltskonsolidierung in Erw\u00e4gung gezogen hatte, aufrecht erhalten werde. Dieser Punkt war ebenfalls Bestandteil der Petition des OGBL.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der OGBL erzielt einen Teilerfolg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Der Minister best\u00e4tigte, dass 2006 die Kinder im Alter von \u00fcber 12 Jahren im Tripartite-Abkommen vergessen worden seien, er glaube aber nicht, dass eine Korrektur vor Ende der aktuellen Legislaturperiode, also vor den Wahlen im Mai 2014, denkbar sei. Im Allgemeinen k\u00fcndigte der Minister an, dass die Familienpolitik bis dahin nicht ge\u00e4ndert werde, weder im positiven noch im negativen Sinne. <strong>Das bedeutet, dass an der Schulanfangszulage ebenfalls nicht mehr ger\u00fchrt wird, was der Minister f\u00fcr das Schuljahr 2013-2014 auch best\u00e4tigte. Die OGBL-Delegation begr\u00fc\u00dfte diese Entscheidung sehr.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bez\u00fcglich der Probleme im Zusammenhang mit den Grenzg\u00e4ngern erkl\u00e4rte der Minister, dass die Regierung auf das Urteil des Europ\u00e4ischen Gerichtshofs zu Stipendien f\u00fcr die Hochschulausbildung warte \u2013 welches am kommenden 20. Juni verk\u00fcndet wird \u2013, um anschlie\u00dfend einen umfassenden Ansatz zur Exportf\u00e4higkeit von Leistungen zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Des Weiteren wurde insbesondere \u00fcber die Themen Integrationspolitik, und hier vor allem \u00fcber die Betreuungseinrichtungen f\u00fcr Immigranten, und die Reform des RMG gesprochen.<\/p>\n<p>Auf Anfrage der Abteilung f\u00fcr Rentenempf\u00e4nger des OGBL wird in K\u00fcrze ein zweites Treffen stattfinden, um \u00fcber Fragen in Bezug auf \u00e4ltere Menschen zu diskutieren.<\/p>\n<p>Das Gespr\u00e4ch war konstruktiv und beide Parteien haben einen starken Kooperationswillen bewiesen, auch auf technischer Ebene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL<br \/>\nam 12.
