\"\"En plein contexte de mobilisation du secteur de la construction, les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise Movilliat Construction SA ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9union de protestation organis\u00e9e par le Syndicat B\u00e2timent de l\u2019OGBL.<\/p>\n

Lors de la r\u00e9union, les secr\u00e9taires de l\u2019OGBL et les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel ont inform\u00e9 la centaine de personnes pr\u00e9sentes du r\u00e9sultat des n\u00e9gociations de la convention collective.<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, les repr\u00e9sentants patronaux exigent une augmentation du temps de travail accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une flexibilit\u00e9 ayant pour but de diminuer les salaires et de disposer des travailleurs selon le bon vouloir des employeurs.<\/p>\n

Ces revendications auraient pour cons\u00e9quence d\u2019obliger les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 encha\u00eener des rythmes de travail inhumains et dangereux pour leur sant\u00e9 et leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de m\u00eame que des pertes de salaires trop importantes par rapport aux dispositions l\u00e9gales actuelles.<\/p>\n

En toute connaissance de cause, les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la r\u00e9union ont rejet\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 les propositions patronales et ont soutenu l\u2019OGBL dans l\u2019organisation de la gr\u00e8ve dans leur entreprise afin de d\u00e9fendre leurs conditions de travail et de vie.<\/p>\n

Conform\u00e9ment aux statuts de l\u2019OGBL, le vote de la base aura lieu dans les prochains jours pour valider la participation de l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise Movilliat Construction SA \u00e0 la gr\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n
