Juni scheiterten die Verhandlungen f\u00fcr einen neuen Kollektivvertrag.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem die Arbeitgeber unannehmbare Bedingungen f\u00fcr die Unterschrift des Kollektivvertrags stellten, verlie\u00dfen sie den Verhandlungstisch.<\/p>\n<p>In einigen Punkten konnte Einigung erzielt werden aber die Direktion vermischte Lohnindexierung mit Lohnerh\u00f6hungen.<\/p>\n<p>So schlug die Direktion f\u00fcr das Jahr 2013 eine einmalige Pr\u00e4mienzahlung vor (letztes Angebot: 100 \u20ac), sowie f\u00fcr das Jahr 2014 eine Lohnerh\u00f6hung von 1,5% unter der Bedingung, dass das System der Lohnindexierung abgeschafft werde.<\/p>\n<p>Die OGBL-Vertreter erkl\u00e4rten, dass die automatische Lohnindexierung kein Instrument der Lohnpolitik, sondern lediglich ein Kompensationsmechanismus zum Erhalt der Kaufkraft ist. Au\u00dferdem garantiert die Lohnindexierung den Erhalt des sozialen Friedens.<\/p>\n<p>Die Arbeitnehmerseite verurteilt diese Haltung des Arbeitgebers als skandal\u00f6ses Verhalten gegen\u00fcber seinen Besch\u00e4ftigten.<\/p>\n<p>Sogar wenn das Unternehmen im Jahr 2013 Investitionen in H\u00f6he von 5.000.000 \u20ac in Luxemburg t\u00e4tigen wird \u2013 obwohl, nach Aussage der Direktion, die Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung eher m\u00e4\u00dfig sein soll \u2013, darf man nicht vergessen, dass es sich um ein rentables Unternehmen mit erheblichen Gewinnmargen handelt.<\/p>\n<p>Deshalb haben die Gewerkschaften beschlossen, das Nationale Schlichtungsamt anzurufen.
