Juni 2023, die Verl\u00e4ngerung des Kollektivvertrags um 36 Monate, f\u00fcr den Zeitraum vom 1. Januar 2023 bis zum 31. Dezember 2025, unterzeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Cactus und die unterzeichnenden Gewerkschaften begr\u00fc\u00dfen diesen Schritt. Er steht im Einklang mit den Verpflichtungen des Betriebes, die Rechte und Verg\u00fcnstigungen der Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer hinsichtlich Entlohnung, Urlaub und Arbeitszeit zu konsolidieren und deutlich zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den bestehenden Verg\u00fcnstigungen sieht die Vereinbarung Lohnerh\u00f6hungen und die Zahlung einer einmaligen Pr\u00e4mie in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit vor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>16.06.2023<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":14760,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[48],"syndicat":[78],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
