Les indemnit\u00e9s n\u2019ont malheureusement pas \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9es afin de les adapter \u00e0 la p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 des conditions de travail durant le pr\u00e9avis, tel que demand\u00e9 par les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel. En effet, les salari\u00e9s licenci\u00e9s devront prester leur pr\u00e9avis jusqu\u2019au 28 f\u00e9vrier 2014 et assurer la formation du personnel indien de la firme Mahindra Satyam qui reprend leur activit\u00e9. Contrairement \u00e0 la demande des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel, ce plan social ne favorise pas la recherche imm\u00e9diate d\u2019un nouvel emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ses lacunes, ce plan social pr\u00e9voit la possibilit\u00e9 de prolonger le pr\u00e9avis l\u00e9gal, un budget formation &#8211; outplacement et des indemnit\u00e9s extral\u00e9gales qui aideront les salari\u00e9s impact\u00e9s \u00e0 surmonter les difficult\u00e9s de la p\u00e9riode de recherche d\u2019un nouvel emploi et de ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n<p>Il est regrettable qu\u2019UBS ait d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se s\u00e9parer de collaborateurs qualifi\u00e9s et que le reclassement interne n\u2019ait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible pour la majorit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s.
