{"id":14722,"date":"2023-06-05T14:15:04","date_gmt":"2023-06-05T12:15:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=14722"},"modified":"2023-06-19T09:38:11","modified_gmt":"2023-06-19T07:38:11","slug":"premier-accord-dentreprise-couvrant-les-infirmiers-de-goodyear","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/premier-accord-dentreprise-couvrant-les-infirmiers-de-goodyear\/","title":{"rendered":"Erstes Betriebsabkommen f\u00fcr die Krankenpfleger*innen bei Goodyear"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Der OGBL, die einzige Gewerkschaft, die die sieben bei Goodyear besch\u00e4ftigten Krankenpfleger*innen vertritt, hat k\u00fcrzlich mit den Verantwortlichen von APM, der Vereinigung, die diese Krankenpfleger*innen besch\u00e4ftigt, das erste Betriebsabkommen unterzeichnet, das diese Gesundheitsfachkr\u00e4fte abdeckt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vereinbarung hat eine Laufzeit von drei Jahren. Sie tritt r\u00fcckwirkend zum 1. Januar 2022 in Kraft und gilt bis zum 31. Dezember 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Das Abkommen enth\u00e4lt wichtige Fortschritte, u. a. :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>individuelle Lohnerh\u00f6hungen r\u00fcckwirkend zum 1. Januar 2023 von bis zu +12% des Bruttolohns.<\/li>\n<li>lineare Lohnerh\u00f6hungen: +2% am 1. Juli 2022 (r\u00fcckwirkend), +1,5% am 1. Juli 2023 und +1,5% am 1. Juli 2024.<\/li>\n<li>eine Lohnerh\u00f6hung von 50 Euro brutto ab dem 1. Januar 2024<\/li>\n<li>Lohnerh\u00f6hungen in den Jahren 2023 und 2024 (2 x 0,5%) je nach Bewertung.<\/li>\n<li>einen Zuschlag von 50% f\u00fcr Samstagsarbeit<\/li>\n<li>eine Erh\u00f6hung des Zuschlags f\u00fcr Nachtarbeit von 20% auf 25% ab dem 1. Mai 2023 (r\u00fcckwirkend)<\/li>\n<li>eine Erh\u00f6hung des Zuschlags f\u00fcr \u00dcberstunden von 40% auf 50%.<\/li>\n<li>Einf\u00fchrung eines Urlaubsgeldes in H\u00f6he von 67,26 Euro (indexiert) pro Dienstjahr.<\/li>\n<li>Einf\u00fchrung einer Pensionierungszulage in H\u00f6he von 1.115,52 Euro<\/li>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung der Anzahl der j\u00e4hrlichen Urlaubstage von 30 auf 33 Tage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom Syndikat Gesundheit und Sozialwesen des OGBL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 5.
