Februar 2013 und am 14. M\u00e4rz 2013 haben Arbeitnehmer, die Mitglied im OGBL sind, \u00fcberraschenderweise in ihrem Postkasten einen Umschlag der Gewerkschaft LCGB mit einem Brief folgenden Betreffs gefunden \u201eKandidatur f\u00fcr die Sozialwahlen bei Dussmann Service oder Culinaris\u201c sowie ein Faltblatt \u201eSozialwahlen 2013\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Zahlreiche Arbeitnehmer lehnen einen solchen wilden \u201eKundenfang\u201c ab.<\/p>\n<p>Das Syndikat Private Reinigungsdienste sieht sich in der Pflicht die Arbeitnehmer bei Dussmann und die Mitglieder des OGBL darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Gewerkschaft LCGB keine Skrupel kennt, sie den angebrachten Respekt gegen\u00fcber den Arbeitnehmern bei Dussmann vermissen l\u00e4sst und zudem heuchlerische beziehungsweise illegale Praktiken anwendet:<br \/>\n\u2022 der LCGB bewirbt OGBL-Mitglieder<br \/>\n\u2022 er h\u00e4lt sich nicht an das Gesetz.<\/p>\n<p>Es geht dabei um nichts Geringeres als das Einhalten der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des abge\u00e4nderten Gesetzes vom 2. August 2002 betreffend den Datenschutz von Privatpersonen und die diesbez\u00fcgliche Handhabung personenbezogener Daten, das ausdr\u00fccklich festh\u00e4lt, dass diese nur mit Zustimmung der betroffenen Person verwendet werden d\u00fcrfen.<\/p>\n<p>Der LCGB hatte diese Erlaubnis nicht.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem bestimmten Fall sind folgende Fragen zu stellen:<br \/>\n&#8211; Wo konnte der LCGB die pers\u00f6nlichen Daten finden?<br \/>\noder<br \/>\n&#8211; Wo hat er sie herbekommen?<\/p>\n<p>Der LCGB hat noch nicht verstanden, dass die Arbeitnehmer von Dussmann und die Mitglieder des OGBL alle solidarisch sind und die geballte Kraft von 66.000 Mitgliedern darstellen.<\/p>\n<p>Alle betroffenen Arbeitnehmer, die die angesprochene Vorgehensweise noch nicht beanstandet haben und die dies noch nachholen m\u00f6chten, sind gebeten sich an unser OGBL-B\u00fcro oder die Dussmann-Delegation unter der Nummer 49 60 05 \/214 oder 176 zu wenden.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4420,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[55],"syndicat":[72],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
