Mai 2023 mit der Direktion von Kronospan die Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags unterzeichnet, der f\u00fcr die rund 350 Besch\u00e4ftigten des auf Holzverarbeitung spezialisierten Unternehmens gilt.<\/p>\n<p>Der neue Kollektivvertrag gilt f\u00fcr eine Dauer von zwei Jahren, d.h. vom 1. Januar 2023 bis zum 31. Dezember 2024, und beinhaltet die folgenden Verbesserungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>die Einf\u00fchrung einer zus\u00e4tzlichen Pr\u00e4mie f\u00fcr die Laufzeit des Tarifvertrags in H\u00f6he von 1.800 Euro f\u00fcr alle Besch\u00e4ftigten: Diese Pr\u00e4mie wird in vier Tranchen zu je 450 Euro ausgezahlt (Juni 2023, Dezember 2023, Juni 2024, Dezember 2024).<\/li>\n<li>eine Erh\u00f6hung der Anwesenheitspr\u00e4mie von 2.500 auf 3.000 Euro.<\/li>\n<li>Einf\u00fchrung einer Zulage bei Eintritt in den Ruhestand: 3.500 Euro brutto bei einer Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit von mindestens 20 Jahren, 2.000 Euro brutto bei einer Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit von mindestens 15 Jahren, 1.000 Euro brutto bei einer Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit von mindestens 10 Jahren.<\/li>\n<li>Die die Einf\u00fchrung einer Dienstalterszulage: 250 Euro f\u00fcr eine Dienstzeit von 5 Jahren, 500 Euro f\u00fcr eine Dienstzeit von 10 Jahren, 750 Euro f\u00fcr eine Dienstzeit von 15 Jahren, 1000 Euro f\u00fcr eine Dienstzeit von 20 Jahren, 1.500 Euro f\u00fcr eine Dienstzeit von 25 Jahren, 2.000 Euro f\u00fcr eine Dienstzeit von 30 Jahren.<\/li>\n<li>Aufwertung bestimmter Gehaltsstufen in der Lohntabelle, was zu einer Lohnerh\u00f6hung f\u00fcr die betroffenen Besch\u00e4ftigten f\u00fchrt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom Syndikat Chemie des OGBL,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 5.
