Januar 2023 (r\u00fcckwirkend) bis zum 31. Dezember 2025, und enth\u00e4lt wichtige Verbesserungen, u. a. :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Zahlung einer Pr\u00e4mie zum 100-j\u00e4hrigen Bestehen des Betriebes (die H\u00f6he der Pr\u00e4mie h\u00e4ngt von der Dauer der Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit der Besch\u00e4ftigten am 1. Mai 2023 ab) : 1.000 EUR f\u00fcr eine Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit von mindestens 20 Jahren, 800 EUR f\u00fcr eine Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit von 15 bis 19 Jahren, 600 EUR f\u00fcr eine Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit von 10 bis 14 Jahren, 400 EUR f\u00fcr eine Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit von 5 bis 9 Jahren, 250 EUR f\u00fcr eine Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit von 2 bis 4 Jahren, 150 EUR f\u00fcr eine Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit von 1 bis 2 Jahren, 100 EUR f\u00fcr eine Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit von 6 bis 12 Monaten und 50 EUR f\u00fcr eine Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit von weniger als 6 Monaten.<\/li>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hungen der leistungsabh\u00e4ngigen Pr\u00e4mien und L\u00f6hne um bis zu 1.000 Euro pro Jahr und Besch\u00e4ftigten.<\/li>\n<li>Eine Erh\u00f6hung der Schichtzulage um etwa 10 Cent pro Stunde auf 0,45 Euro\/Stunde.<\/li>\n<li>Zwei zus\u00e4tzliche Tage Jahresurlaub f\u00fcr alle Besch\u00e4ftigten.<\/li>\n<li>Eine Erh\u00f6hung der Dienstalterszulage, die somit von 21 auf 25 Euro pro gearbeitetem Jahr steigt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL und vom LCGB,<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>am 3.
