Oktober 2012 wurden die Kollektivvertr\u00e4ge von der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung gek\u00fcndigt. Die Anfragen der Gewerkschaften, den Verhandlungsprozess zu starten, stie\u00dfen bei der Direktion auf taube Ohren. Erst am 21. M\u00e4rz 2013, also 6 Monate sp\u00e4ter, organisierte die Direktion eine erste Informationssitzung.<\/p>\n<p>Um die 6 verlorenen Monate einzuholen und die Verhandlungen in einem ruhigen Klima und ohne Zeitdruck f\u00fchren zu k\u00f6nnen, verlangten die Gewerkschaften eine Verl\u00e4ngerung der bestehenden Kollektivvertr\u00e4ge von mindestens 6 Monaten. Andernfalls wird die gesetzliche Frist ab dem 1. Oktober 2013 \u00fcberschritten und das Personal riskiert dann nicht mehr \u00fcber einen Kollektivvertrag zu verf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung war nicht in der Lage eine Antwort zu geben, verlangte jedoch Zugest\u00e4ndnisse von den Gewerkschaften bevor \u00fcberhaupt mit den eigentlichen Verhandlungen begonnen wird. Der \u201eForderungskatalog\u201c der Direktion sieht effektiv drakonische Ma\u00dfnahmen vor was die Arbeits- und Lohnbedingungen anbelangt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Gewerkschaften dulden solche Erpressungen nicht l\u00e4nger. Es stellt sich die Frage, ob es der Direktion am guten Willen fehlt oder ob das Luxemburger Sozialmodell generell in Frage gestellt werden soll.<\/p>\n<p>Um diese Streitsache beizulegen, haben die Gewerkschaften keine andere M\u00f6glichkeit gesehen, als das Nationale Schlichtungsamt damit zu befassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt von OGBL, LCGB und NGL-SNEP<br \/>\nam 18.
