M\u00e4rz 2023 einen neuen Kollektivvertrag f\u00fcr die rund 120 Besch\u00e4ftigten des Unternehmens unterzeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Der neue Kollektivvertrag wurde f\u00fcr eine Laufzeit von zwei Jahren ausgehandelt, d.h. vom 1. Januar 2023 bis zum 31. Dezember 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Er sieht insbesondere eine lineare Lohnerh\u00f6hung f\u00fcr alle Besch\u00e4ftigten des Betriebes ab dem 1. Januar 2024 vor, und zwar um 0,10 Euro\/Stunde f\u00fcr die Stundenlohnbezieher und um 17,30 Euro\/Monat f\u00fcr die Monatslohnbezieher.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem wird r\u00fcckwirkend zum 1. M\u00e4rz 2023 die Schmutzzulage von 0,90 Euro\/Stunde auf 1,50 Euro\/Stunde erh\u00f6ht.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verhandlungen fanden in einem guten sozialen Klima statt.<\/p>\n<p>Das in Colmar-Berg ans\u00e4ssige Unternehmen Hyosung stellt Metalldraht f\u00fcr Reifen her und ist Zulieferer von Goodyear.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom Syndikat Chemie des OGBL,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>den 14.
