{"id":14307,"date":"2023-02-28T11:32:09","date_gmt":"2023-02-28T10:32:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communique\/logbl-apporte-son-soutien-a-la-vingtaine-de-salaries-desormais-sans-emploi"},"modified":"2023-11-18T04:09:34","modified_gmt":"2023-11-18T03:09:34","slug":"logbl-apporte-son-soutien-a-la-vingtaine-de-salaries-desormais-sans-emploi","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/logbl-apporte-son-soutien-a-la-vingtaine-de-salaries-desormais-sans-emploi\/","title":{"rendered":"Der OGBL unterst\u00fctzt die rund 20 Arbeitnehmer, die nun arbeitslos sind"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Der OGBL wird darauf achten, dass alle Rechte der Arbeitnehmer respektiert werden und dass ihre Errungenschaften bei einer eventuellen \u00dcbernahme durch Kunden oder andere Reinigungsdienstleister erhalten bleiben.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL hat bereits mehr als die H\u00e4lfte der betroffenen Arbeitnehmer in administrativer und juristischer Hinsicht unterst\u00fctzt, damit sie die ihnen zustehenden Entsch\u00e4digungen erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Um die Forderungsanmeldung im Namen der Arbeitnehmer vorzunehmen, bittet der OGBL die Arbeitnehmer des Unternehmens, die sich noch nicht gemeldet haben, dies in einem der B\u00fcros des Informations- und Beratungsdienstes (SICA) des OGBL zu tun.<\/p>\n<p>Die Dossiers werden dann gepr\u00fcft und an den zust\u00e4ndigen Konkursverwalter weitergeleitet, damit die Arbeitnehmer endlich ihre ausstehenden L\u00f6hne und die mit dem Konkurs verbundenen Entsch\u00e4digungen erhalten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom Syndikat Private Reinigungsdienste des OGBL,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>den 28.
