{"id":14287,"date":"2023-02-02T14:56:14","date_gmt":"2023-02-02T13:56:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communique\/renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail-pour-les-salaries-de-la-philharmonie"},"modified":"2023-11-18T00:30:31","modified_gmt":"2023-11-17T23:30:31","slug":"renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail-pour-les-salaries-de-la-philharmonie","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail-pour-les-salaries-de-la-philharmonie\/","title":{"rendered":"Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags f\u00fcr das Personal der Philharmonie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Ende 2021 begonnenen Verhandlungen \u00fcber die Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags f\u00fcr die 180 Besch\u00e4ftigten der \u00f6ffentlichen Einrichtung Salle de Concerts Grande-Duchesse Jos\u00e9phine-Charlotte (Philharmonie) konnten erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Direktion der Philharmonie und der OGBL, die einzige in der Personaldelegation vertretene Gewerkschaft, haben k\u00fcrzlich zwei Zusatzvertr\u00e4ge unterzeichnet, die den aktuellen Kollektivvertrag um insgesamt vier Jahre verl\u00e4ngern (vom 1. Januar 2022 bis zum 31. Dezember 2022 und vom 1. Januar 2023 bis zum 31. Dezember 2025) und folgende Verbesserungen f\u00fcr die Musiker des Philharmonieorchesters sowie f\u00fcr das Verwaltungs- und technische Personal vorsehen:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; F\u00fcr das Jahr 2022:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zahlung einer einmaligen Pr\u00e4mie in H\u00f6he von 1000 Euro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Ab 1. Januar 2023:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pauschale Erh\u00f6hung der Gehaltsstufen um 50 Euro (entspricht mehr als 1% der Lohnsumme).<\/li>\n<li>Angleichung des Bef\u00f6rderungsmechanismus der Gehaltstabelle des Verwaltungspersonals an den Bef\u00f6rderungsmechanismus der Gehaltstabelle der Musiker (1% statt 0,8% pro Bef\u00f6rderung).<\/li>\n<li>Zahlung einer zweiten einmaligen Pr\u00e4mie in H\u00f6he von 1000 Euro.<\/li>\n<li>Verbesserung der Bedingungen f\u00fcr die Gew\u00e4hrung der Ruhestandspr\u00e4mie (alle Besch\u00e4ftigten zwischen 57 und 64 Jahren k\u00f6nnen diese Pr\u00e4mie erhalten).<\/li>\n<li>Einf\u00fchrung eines Sozialurlaubs von drei Arbeitstagen pro Jahr bei schwerwiegenden Zwischenf\u00e4llen zu Hause oder in der Familie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom Syndikat Druck, Medien und Kultur &#8211; FLTL des OGBL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 2.
