\"Tract_INDEX\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Dank des Einsatzes des OGBL, ist am 1. Februar 2023 eine Indextranche erfallen.<\/strong> Das bedeutet, dass aufgrund des Anstiegs der Lebenshaltungskosten alle L\u00f6hne und Renten um 2,5% steigen werden.
\n<\/strong>
\nDiese Indextranche w\u00e4re beinahe nicht erfallen.
\n<\/strong>
\nLetztes Jahr um diese Zeit starteten die Arbeitgeber einen Gro\u00dfangriff auf das System der automatischen Indexierung. Gemeinsam mit der Regierung und zwei weiteren Gewerk\u00adschaften beschlossen sie, das normale Funktionieren des Indexes auszusetzen.<\/p>\n

Nur der OGBL widersetzte sich dem und weigerte sich, ein Tripartite-Abkommen zu unterzeichnen, das den Index in gro\u00dfe Gefahr brachte.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Von allen Seiten angegriffen, hielt der OGBL an seiner roten Linie fest: Keinesfalls wird der Index angetastet! Tausende OGBL-Delegierte und -Militanten mobilisierten sich und gingen auf die Stra\u00dfe. Die gesamte OGBL-Struktur engagierte sich in einem erbitterten Kampf f\u00fcr die Verteidigung dieses Pfeilers des Luxemburger Sozialmodells.<\/p>\n

Mit Erfolg: Einige Monate sp\u00e4ter wurde, diesmal gemeinsam mit dem OGBL, beschlossen, den Index wieder normal funktionieren zu lassen. Dank dessen profitierst du heute von einer Lohnerh\u00f6hung von 2,5%.<\/p>\n

Den Index hat nur der OGBL verteidigt. Und er wird es auch weiterhin tun, so oft wie n\u00f6tig.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Der Index ist in aller Munde.<\/strong>
