Januar 2023 haben der OGBL, Mehrheitsgewerkschaft und Verhandlungsf\u00fchrer, der LCGB und die Direktion des Casino 2000 ein Abkommen zur Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags (KV) f\u00fcr die 118 Besch\u00e4ftigten des Unternehmens unterzeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verhandlungen \u00fcber die Erneuerung des KV, die im September 2022 begonnen hatten, f\u00fchrten zu einem Abkommen f\u00fcr den Zeitraum vom 1. Januar 2023 bis zum 31. Dezember 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vereinbarung sieht die Einf\u00fchrung von Essensschecks mit einem Nennwert von 5,60 Euro pro Arbeitstag f\u00fcr das Jahr 2023 vor (Lohnanteil: 2,80 Euro). Der Nennwert wird zum 1. April 2024 auf 8,40 Euro und zum 1. Juli 2025 auf 10,80 Euro erh\u00f6ht. Der Arbeitnehmeranteil bleibt konstant (2,80 Euro).<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Zeitraum Januar 2023 bis April 2024 bedeutet dies f\u00fcr einen Vollzeitbesch\u00e4ftigten eine Nettoerh\u00f6hung von 50,40 Euro pro Monat. Von April 2024 bis Juli 2025 betr\u00e4gt die Nettoerh\u00f6hung 100,80 Euro und steigt ab 1. Juli 2025 auf 144 Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Der ausgehandelte Abschluss wurde den Besch\u00e4ftigten des Unternehmens am 9. Januar vorgestellt. Am Ende der Pr\u00e4sentation sprachen sich 96 Prozent der anwesenden Besch\u00e4ftigten f\u00fcr den Vertrag aus.<\/p>\n<p>Die vertragsschlie\u00dfenden Gewerkschaften begr\u00fc\u00dfen den Abschluss, der die Kaufkraft der Besch\u00e4ftigten von Casino 2000 st\u00e4rkt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom Syndikat Handel des OGBL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 19.
