Dass der CAE dem CIE angepasst wurde, ist zu begr\u00fc\u00dfen, genauso wie die neuen Auflagen bei der Geb\u00fchrenerstattung f\u00fcr Unternehmen. Allerdings kritisiert die Jugendabteilung des OGBL, dass k\u00fcnftig infolge der Integration des CIE-EP in die CIE-Ma\u00dfnahme, Hochschulabsolventen nur noch 130 statt 150 Prozent des unqualifizierten Mindestlohns erhalten. Weiter f\u00fchrt die Gewerkschaft an, dass verhindert werden muss, dass Betriebe junge Menschen bewusst befristet zu niedrigerer Entlohnung einstellen, ohne ihnen nachher eine Festanstellung anbieten zu k\u00f6nnen oder zu wollen.<\/p>\n<p>Auch wenn auf den ersten Blick f\u00fcr Jugendliche damit Erwerbsm\u00f6glichkeiten geschaffen werden, k\u00f6nnen sich diese unsicheren Besch\u00e4ftigungsverh\u00e4ltnisse aber auch als berufliche Sackgassen erweisen, aus denen heraus eine zukunftsf\u00e4hige berufliche Perspektive nicht mehr gelingt. Umso mehr besteht die Gewerkschaft darauf, dass die im Rahmen einer Besch\u00e4ftigungsma\u00dfnahme erlernten und erbrachten Erfahrungen und Fertigkeiten anerkannt und zertifiziert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Jugendabteilung des OGBL fordert, dass bei der ADEM die die Vermittlungsdienste f\u00fcr Jugendliche verbessert werden. Es gilt auch die Berufsorientierung sowie die individuelle Beratung der Jugendlichen ab der Schule zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>Zudem unterstreicht der OGBL, dass kein Unternehmen erwarten kann, dass es einen fertigen Erwachsenen angeboten bekommt, der schon eine vollwertige Fachkraft ersetzen kann. Jeder junge Mensch hat die Chance verdient, sich gem\u00e4\u00df seiner M\u00f6glichkeiten im Betrieb zu entfalten und gef\u00f6rdert zu werden und die Unternehmen stehen in der sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Verantwortung gegen\u00fcber der Jugend: Es muss Schluss sein mit der Befristungsspirale und prek\u00e4ren Besch\u00e4ftigungsverh\u00e4ltnissen!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt von der OGBL-Jugendabteilung<br \/>\nam 26.
