\"\"Eine Delegation der OGBL-Syndikate \u201eZivile Luftfahrt\u201c und \u201eDienstleistungen und Energie\u201c wurde am 22. Januar 2013 von der Direktion der Cargolux-Tochtergesellschaft Champ Cargosystems (CCS) mit Sitz in Contern empfangen. Cargolux, d.h. der Luxemburger Staat, h\u00e4lt 49 Prozent an deren ehemaligen Informatikabteilung, besitzt also eine Sperrminorit\u00e4t im Sinne der Luxemburger Gesetzgebung.<\/p>\n

Ende Dezember 2012 machte das CCS-Personal den OGBL auf Pl\u00e4ne aufmerksam, denen zufolge zunehmend Aktivit\u00e4ten nach Manila, der Hauptstadt der Philippinen, verlagert werden sollten. Ziel war es bis zu 40 Prozent der Kosten einzusparen, bei gleichzeitiger Personalverringerung in Luxemburg.<\/p>\n

Die Betriebsdelegation war nicht \u00fcber die Auslagerungspl\u00e4ne informiert. Rechtlich gesehen, bewegte sich der Arbeitgeber demnach auf sehr d\u00fcnnem Eis. Aufgrund der Intervention des OGBL, stoppte die Direktion nun die Auslagerungspl\u00e4ne nach Manila. Alle 140 Arbeitspl\u00e4tze bleiben demnach in Luxemburg erhalten.<\/p>\n

Mobbing<\/strong><\/p>\n

Auch das Betriebsklima lie\u03b2 zu w\u00fcnschen \u00fcbrig. Ein Direktionsmitglied \u00fcbte aktives Mobbing an seinen Besch\u00e4ftigten aus und setzte diese unter Dauerstress. Die Intervention des OGBL f\u00fchrte dazu, dass besagtes Direktionsmitglied von seinen Vorgesetzen zur Rede gestellt wurde und sein Benehmen gegen\u00fcber den CCS-Besch\u00e4ftigten endlich \u00e4ndern muss.<\/p>\n

Der OGBL wird die Lage bei CCS intensiv verfolgen. F\u00fcr den OGBL gliedern sich die Auslagerungspl\u00e4ne von CCS und Cargolux in eine Reihe anderer Outsourcing- und Delokalisierungsbestrebungen ein, vor allem der Flugzeugwartung nach Singapur oder der Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen f\u00fcr die neuen Boeing 747-800 auf die Britischen Jungferninseln. Die Frage bleibt, inwieweit der Luxemburger Staat von den Pl\u00e4nen wusste und diese mitgetragen hat.<\/p>\n
