{"id":1329,"date":"2012-12-10T18:50:30","date_gmt":"2012-12-10T17:50:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/signature-du-plan-social"},"modified":"2023-06-13T12:32:17","modified_gmt":"2023-06-13T10:32:17","slug":"signature-du-plan-social","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/signature-du-plan-social\/","title":{"rendered":"Signature du plan social"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-10943\" title=\"kbl\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/kbl.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Les n\u00e9gociations pour un plan social ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 28 novembre et un accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par les syndicats et la direction de KBL le 6 d\u00e9cembre 2012.<\/p>\n<p>150 personnes perdront leur emploi et environ 120 licenciements sont notifi\u00e9s d\u00e8s le lundi 10 d\u00e9cembre.<\/p>\n<p>La direction de KBL, tout en admettant qu\u2019il s\u2019agit de mesures tr\u00e8s douloureuses, a expliqu\u00e9 que le plan social \u00e9tait in\u00e9vitable du fait, d\u2019une part, de la crise financi\u00e8re de la zone Euro et, d\u2019autre part, de la situation de mise en vente de KBL durant trois ans, paralysant toute strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement. Un plan strat\u00e9gique de red\u00e9ploiement sera\u00a0 par ailleurs pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la direction fin janvier 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Lors des n\u00e9gociations, les repr\u00e9sentants des syndicats OGBL\/SBA et LCGB-SESF ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choqu\u00e9s par l\u2019absence de crit\u00e8res sociaux dans le choix des salari\u00e9s licenci\u00e9s. Seuls les crit\u00e8res de performance, polyvalence et potentiel d\u2019\u00e9volution avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 retenus en comit\u00e9 mixte avec l\u2019Aleba.<\/p>\n<p>KBL a mis en avant\u00a0 la baisse des r\u00e9sultats, due en grande partie \u00e0 sa politique de r\u00e9duction des risques du bilan, pour licencier le personnel plus \u00e2g\u00e9 et, \u00e0 son avis,\u00a0 moins flexible et inapte \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis des futurs d\u00e9veloppements de ses activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux tiers des salari\u00e9s impact\u00e9s ont en effet plus de 45 ans.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL\/SBA et le LCGB-SESF ont revendiqu\u00e9 des am\u00e9liorations pour adapter le plan social aux besoins de tous les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s mais l\u2019Aleba les a d\u00e9clin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Finalement, le plan social a pu int\u00e9grer des mesures tenant compte du nombre important de salari\u00e9s \u00e2g\u00e9s\u00a0 et leur assurer une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour un certain temps ainsi que des mesures d\u2019outplacement et de formation. Mais retrouveront-ils un emploi ou viendront-ils grossir les rangs des ch\u00f4meurs \u00e2g\u00e9s de plus de 45 ans?
