Diese zeigte sich \u00e4u\u00dferst verschlossen bis abweisend gegen\u00fcber unseren Forderungen, die wir, in Anbetracht der schwierigen Situation im Schieneng\u00fcterverkehr in ganz Europa und auch bedingt durch die negative Entwicklung in der einheimischen Stahlindustrie, in Grenzen hielten.<\/p>\n<p>Wir fordern im qualitativen Bereich einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Urlaubstag f\u00fcr die \u00fcber 50-j\u00e4hrigen und zwei zus\u00e4tzliche Urlaubstage f\u00fcr die \u00fcber 55-j\u00e4hrigen Mitarbeiter\/innen. Im quantitativen Bereich fordern wir die j\u00e4hrliche Anpassung der Geh\u00e4lter auf den jeweiligen Monat des Eintrittsdatums der Besch\u00e4ftigten zu gew\u00e4hren, beziehungsweise eine einheitliche Jahrespr\u00e4mie, die unter Sozialpartnern ausgehandelt werden soll.<\/p>\n<p>Eine weitere Forderung besteht darin, die Bedingungen zur Gew\u00e4hrung der bestehenden Sicherheitspr\u00e4mie zu \u00fcberdenken.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00dcberarbeitung der aktuellen Texte des Kollektivvertrages soll der eigens daf\u00fcr geschaffenen parit\u00e4tischen Kommission \u00fcbertragen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Wir geben der Generaldirektion von CFL cargo Zeit bis zum 3. Dezember 2012 ihre Antwort auf unsere Forderungen zukommen zu lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir erwarten, dass \u00fcber den Weg eines annehmbaren Resultates in diesen Verhandlungen der Einsatz der Belegschaft belohnt wird. Wir erinnern daran, dass wir im Interesse der Zukunft von CFL cargo den Restrukturierungsplan mittragen und auch bis auf wenige Ausnahmen die strategischen Optionen f\u00fcr die Zukunft guthei\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Sollte nun aber die Generaldirektion von CFL cargo sich unseren Forderungen total verschlie\u00dfen, werden wir unverz\u00fcglich gewerkschaftliche Aktionen in die Wege leiten.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Aktionen werden sich dann selbstverst\u00e4ndlich nicht alleine auf die Verhandlungen zur Verl\u00e4ngerung des Kollektivvertrages beschr\u00e4nken.
