November 2012 fand eine erste Unterredung zwischen den Gewerkschaften OGBL und LCGB und den Patronatsverb\u00e4nden zur Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags Bau und Bauingenieurwesen beim Nationalen Schlichtungsamt statt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Schlichtungsamt war von den Gewerkschaften befasst worden, nachdem sich die Patronatsseite geweigert hatte, die gewerkschaftlichen Forderungen zur Verbesserung des Kollektivvertrags zu ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund eines Zweifels aus formalen Gr\u00fcnden zur Rechtm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit der Schlichtungsprozedur konnte die erste Sitzung in der Schlichtung nun leider nicht stattfinden. Um jegliche Streitigkeit bez\u00fcglich der korrekten Auslegung zu vermeiden, werden die beiden vertragsschlie\u00dfenden Gewerkschaften am 9. November 2012 offiziell den Kollektivvertrag k\u00fcndigen. Gem\u00e4\u00df Prozedur wird dann die erste Sitzung in der Schlichtung voraussichtlich im Januar 2013 stattfinden.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser Tatbestand \u00e4ndert im \u00dcbrigen nichts an der Position der Gewerkschaften betreffend ihren Forderungskatalog zu den durchzuf\u00fchrenden Verbesserungen und der Aufwertung der Arbeitsbedingungen und der L\u00f6hne.<\/p>\n<p>Die Gewerkschaften OGBL und LCGB werden diese Frist dazu nutzen, ihre Sensibilisierungs- und Mobilisierungsaktionen bei den Arbeitnehmern im Bausektor und im Bauingenieurwesen fortzusetzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt von OGBL und LCGB<br \/>\nam 8.
