Oktober mit den Ministern Wiseler (Nachhaltigkeit und Infrastrukturen) und Schneider (Wirtschaft und Au\u03b2enhandel), bleibt die Ungewissheit bestehen. OGBL und LCGB vermissen Garantien seitens der Regierung in Bezug auf den Erhalt der Arbeitspl\u00e4tze, gegen die Aufsplitterung des Unternehmens und gegen Outsourcing und Auslagerung. Auch ein klares Bekenntnis zugunsten des Luxemburger Sozialmodells steht aus.<\/p>\n<p>Cargolux ist ein systemisches Unternehmen, von dem der gesamte Logistiksektor in Luxemburg abh\u00e4ngt. Fehlentscheidungen werden nicht nur verheerende Auswirkungen auf die rund 1.300 Besch\u00e4ftigten bei der Cargolux selbst haben, sondern werden sich auch negativ auf die Arbeitspl\u00e4tze bei der Luxair und bei den Transportunternehmen auswirken. Tausende Arbeitspl\u00e4tze sind bedroht. Dennoch verh\u00e4lt sich die Luxemburger Regierung, die immerhin 65 % des Cargolux-Kapitals kontrolliert, im gesamten Dossier viel zu passiv.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forderungen an die Regierung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>OGBL und LCGB fordern die Regierung dazu auf:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> das Kr\u00e4fteverh\u00e4ltnis bei mindestens 65 % zugunsten der Luxemburger Aktion\u00e4re zu belassen, wenn nicht sogar den Einfluss des Minderheitsaktion\u00e4rs substantiell zu verringern;<\/li>\n<li> daf\u00fcr zu sorgen, dass bei den bevorstehenden Personalentscheidungen wieder ein neutrales Management eingesetzt wird, das sich den Regeln des Luxemburger Sozialmodells nicht weiterhin widersetzt;<\/li>\n<li> die Rolle von Qatar Airways einer ernsthaften \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung zu unterziehen;<\/li>\n<li> eine Aufsplitterung der Cargolux in verschiedene Unternehmen, ein Outsourcing und eine eventuelle Auslagerung von Aktivit\u00e4ten oder gar ganzer Abteilungen mit allen Mitteln zu verhindern;<\/li>\n<li> sich endlich klar zum Luxemburger Sozialmodell zu bekennen und sich von der Vorgehensweise der augenblicklichen Generaldirektion, den gek\u00fcndigten Kollektivvertrag auf Basis des gesetzlichen Minimums neuverhandeln zu wollen, zu distanzieren und sich f\u00fcr die Absicherung der Arbeitspl\u00e4tze einzusetzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Protest unausweichlich<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Um ihren Forderungen Nachdruck zu verleihen, rufen OGBL und LCGB die Besch\u00e4ftigten der Cargolux auf, sich an einer Protestkundgebung zu beteiligen, die am 13. November 2012 um 16:00 Uhr vor der Abgeordnetenkammer stattfindet. Besch\u00e4ftigte anderer Betriebe (Luxair, Transportsektor), die in direkter Abh\u00e4ngigkeit zur Cargolux stehen, sowie B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger, die sich mit den Cargolux-Mitarbeitern solidarisieren und sich mit ihnen gemeinsam f\u00fcr den Erhalt der Cargolux einsetzen m\u00f6chten, sind willkommen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt von OGBL und LCGB<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> am 22.
