\"\"Vom 11. bis zum 24. September organisiert der OGBL eine Sensibilisierungskampagne zum Thema \u201eKindergeld\u201c. Im S\u00fcden des Landes und in der Hauptstadt l\u00e4uft ab dem 11. September eine Plakataktion und am Montag, den 17. September werden in den folgenden Ortschaften in ausgew\u00e4hlten Grundschulen Faltbl\u00e4tter an die Eltern verteilt. Anschlie\u00dfend wird am 17. September um 10.30 Uhr in der OGBL-Zentrale in Esch\/Alzette eine Pressekonferenz stattfinden anl\u00e4sslich der OGBL-Pr\u00e4sident Jean-Claude Reding die Aktion erl\u00e4utern wird.<\/p>\n

Die Verteilaktion wird vor den folgenden Grundschulgeb\u00e4uden stattfinden:<\/p>\n

Hauptstadt: Bonnevoie<\/strong>, Ecole fondamentale 6, rue J.B. Gell\u00e9 (8.30-9.30 Uhr; Bahnhof<\/strong>: Ecole fondamentale 20, rue du Commerce (8.30-9.30 Uhr)
\nEsch\/Alzette: Ecole fondamentale Brill (7.30-8.30 Uhr)
\nDifferdange: Ecole fondamentale Rue Emile Mark (7.30-8.30 Uhr)

Wertabnahme des Kindergelds und der Schulanfangspr\u00e4mie um 13%<\/h3>\n

Das Kindergeld und die Schulanfangspr\u00e4mie sind seit 2002 nicht mehr an die Einkommensentwicklung angepasst worden. Und seit 2006 sind diese Zulagen au\u00dferdem desindexiert. Allein die Desindexierung hat zu einer Wertabnahme der beiden Zulagen von rund 13% gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Die Desindexierung hat zwischen dem 1. Dezember 2006 und dem 31. August 2012 beispielsweise bei einer Familie mit 2 Kindern beim Kindergeld (ohne den Verlust bei der Schulanfangspr\u00e4mie mit zu ber\u00fccksichtigen) zu einem Einkommensverlust von mehr als 2.000\u20ac und bei einer Familie mit 3 Kindern zu einem Verlust von \u00fcber 4.000\u20ac gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

W\u00e4re das Kindergeld an die Lebensteuerung angepasst worden, w\u00fcrde der Betrag f\u00fcr ein Kind unter 6 Jahren heute bei 204,87\u20ac liegen, anstatt bei 185,60\u20ac. Ab dem Alter von 12 Jahren w\u00fcrde die Kindergeldzulage f\u00fcr ein Kind heute 259,77\u20ac anstatt 234,12\u20ac betragen.<\/p>\n

Um die Desindexierung teilweise zu kompensieren wurden im Jahre 2009 Dienstleistungsschecks f\u00fcr die Betreuung von Kindern bis 12 Jahre eingef\u00fchrt. Sobald ein Kind die Grundschule verl\u00e4sst, kann es nicht mehr von diesen Schecks profitieren.<\/p>\n

Wertabnahme des Kinderbonus<\/h3>\n

Am 1. Januar 2008 wurde ein Steuerkredit f\u00fcr Kinder eingef\u00fchrt. Der bis dato in der Einkommenssteuer enthaltene Steuervorteil f\u00fcr Steuerpflichtige, die Kinder zu Lasten haben, wurde gerechnet und wird den entsprechenden Familien von der Kindergeldkasse monatlich ausbezahlt. Der monatliche Betrag von 76,88\u20ac pro Kind ist seitdem nicht mehr an die Entwicklung der Lebenshaltungskosten angepasst worden.<\/p>\n

Da die Lebenshaltungskosten der Familien mit Kindern in den letzten Jahren nicht stehen blieben, nicht abnahmen, sondern bedeutend zunahmen, verlangt der OGBL zum 1. Januar 2013 eine substanzielle Erh\u00f6hung des Kindergelds, des Kinderbonus und der Schulanfangspr\u00e4mie.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
