Der OGBL hat erfahren, dass der Regierungsrat anl\u00e4sslich seines Treffens vom 27. Juli 2012 Kenntnis vom Gesetzesvorentwurf betreffend die Reform der Prozeduren bei der beruflichen Wiedereingliederung genommen hat. Folgt jetzt bis Ende September 2012 die Konsultationsphase bevor der Regierungsrat dar\u00fcber entscheidet, wie es weitergeht.<\/p>\n

Angesicht der Wichtigkeit dieser Reform, bedauert der OGBL, dass er nicht bereits vor Hinterlegung des Entwurfes zu Rate gezogen wurde. Dennoch erwartet er gespannt den integralen Text, um ihn inhaltlich analysieren und seine bez\u00fcgliche Meinung kundtun zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Wohlwissend, dass das Gesetz vom 25 Juli 2002 \u00fcber die Berufsunf\u00e4higkeit und die berufliche Wiedereingliederung seit Monaten einen Zankapfel im st\u00e4ndigen Besch\u00e4ftigungsausschuss darstellt, hofft der OGBL, dass der Vorentwurf den wirklichen Bed\u00fcrfnissen der betroffenen Personen entspricht.<\/p>\n

Diese Reform muss der Problematik in seiner Gesamtheit Rechnung tragen, ansonsten sie f\u00fcr die betroffenen Personen unbefriedigend sein wird.<\/p>\n
