Mai 2012 in Bartringen, an der mehr als 2.500 Arbeitnehmer des Sektors teilnahmen, gehen die Verhandlungen zur Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags in die n\u00e4chste Runde.<\/p>\n<p>Um einen Sozialkonflikt im an die 14.000 Arbeitnehmer z\u00e4hlenden Sektor zu vermeiden, waren die Patronatsverb\u00e4nde von den Gewerkschaften OGBL und LCGB aufgefordert worden ihre Forderungen bez\u00fcglich einer Arbeitszeiterh\u00f6hung fallen zu lassen und an den Verhandlungstisch zur\u00fcckzukehren, um eine L\u00f6sung in diesem Streitpunkt zu finden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Arbeitgeberverb\u00e4nde jedoch haben abgelehnt einen solchen Schritt zu tun, dies ungeachtet der dramatischen Folgen, die ihre Forderungen auf die Arbeits- und Lebensbedingungen der Arbeitnehmer haben w\u00fcrden. Diese destruktive Politik setzt den sozialen Frieden in einem der wichtigsten Wirtschaftssektoren Luxemburgs aufs Spiel.<\/p>\n<p>Angesichts dieser Tatsache haben die statutarischen Instanzen des OGBL und LCGB ihren Vertretern das Mandat erteilt das nationale Schlichtungsamt mit der Angelegenheit zu befassen. Dieses Mandat beinhaltet auch eine deutliche Ablehnung jeglicher Arbeitszeiterh\u00f6hung.<\/p>\n<p>Falls keine Einigung mittels der Schlichtungsprozedur gefunden werden kann, wird der Bausektor den gr\u00f6\u00dften Sozialkonflikt seiner Geschichte erleben. Die Gewerkschaften OGBL und LCGB werden die notwendigen Aktionen zur Verteidigung der Arbeits- und Lebensbedingungen der Arbeitnehmer des Bausektors in die Wege leiten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL und LCGB<br \/>\nam 24.
