Ber\u00fccksichtigt man die k\u00fcnftige Beteiligung der katarischen Investmentbank <em>Precision Capital<\/em> am Kapital des Cargolux-Aktion\u00e4rs Luxair, dann wird der Einfluss des Emirats Katar bei Cargolux letztendlich einem Gesamtanteil von 55% entsprechen.<\/p>\n<p>Sollte dieses Szenario tats\u00e4chlich zutreffen, dann w\u00fcrde Luxemburg bald ein weiteres Flaggschiff seiner Wirtschaft f\u00fcr immer verlieren!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kein zweites Mittal-Dossier!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund der Aufdeckungen in der Presse zweifelt der OGBL stark an der Ehrlichkeit des Finanzministers, des Nachhaltigkeits- und Infrastrukturministers sowie des Wirtschaftsministers, aber auch an jener der Cargolux-Generaldirektion selbst. Keiner hat es f\u00fcr n\u00f6tig befunden die Gewerkschaften und die Personalvertreter korrekt und vollst\u00e4ndig zu informieren. Der OGBL verlangt endlich Aufschluss \u00fcber die Gespr\u00e4che, die die einzelnen Regierungsvertreter bei ihren zahlreichen Dienstreisen nach Doha gef\u00fchrt haben. Die gegenw\u00e4rtig angewandte Salamitaktik \u00e4hnelt stark der Vorgehensweise im Mittal-Dossier und es ist zu bef\u00fcrchten, dass es der Luftfahrt \u00e4hnlich ergeht wie der Stahlindustrie. An der Cargolux, mit ihren 1.200 Besch\u00e4ftigten, h\u00e4ngen auch die Luxair mit rund 2.500 Besch\u00e4ftigten sowie weitere Akteure des Transport- und Logistiksektors.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL appelliert an die Regierung, endlich mit offenen Karten zu spielen und sich an die Mitbestimmungsgesetze zu halten. Auf eine Anfrage des OGBL vom 20. Februar 2012 zu einer Dringlichkeitsunterredung mit Wirtschaftsminister Schneider und Nachhaltigkeits- und Infrastrukturminister Wiseler liegt bis heute keine Antwort vor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat zivile Luftfahrt<br \/>\nam 5.
