Cette action a eu lieu suite \u00e0 l\u2019annonce de la suppression de 250 postes au sein du groupe faite par son CEO.<br \/>\nContrairement aux licenciements de janvier, ni la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation des salari\u00e9s ni le comit\u00e9 mixte d\u2019entreprise ni les partenaires sociaux n\u2019avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9venus de cette initiative. En janvier d\u00e9j\u00e0, le comit\u00e9 mixte n\u2019avait \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 posteriori.<\/p>\n<p>Les repr\u00e9sentants des salari\u00e9s doivent constater que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019ancien directeur a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par un nouveau directeur ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 des restructurations dans d\u2019autres pays;<\/li>\n<li>le dialogue social \u00e9tait absent lors de la r\u00e9cente phase de restructuration;<\/li>\n<li>la promesse du 13 janvier 2012 d\u2019avertir les repr\u00e9sentants des salari\u00e9s de toute nouvelle initiative de restructuration n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 honor\u00e9e;<\/li>\n<li>la direction de Lindab Buildings S.A. opte pour la strat\u00e9gie du saucissonnage des licenciements avec l\u2019intention de contourner le plan social;<\/li>\n<li>les repr\u00e9sentants des salari\u00e9s sont mieux inform\u00e9s de ce qui se passe sur les autres sites que sur les plans concernant Diekirch;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019engagement verbal de respecter les dispositions l\u00e9gales n\u2019\u00e9tait que lettre morte;<\/li>\n<li>les affirmations de la responsable des ressources humaines sur l\u2019importance du dialogue social ne correspondent nullement \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sur le terrain;<\/li>\n<li>les actions sur les autres sites font craindre le pire pour la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 du groupe;<\/li>\n<li>les subsides \u00e9tatiques des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (ch\u00f4mage partiel et investissements) de quelque 9 millions d\u2019euros n\u2019ont pas engendr\u00e9 le r\u00e9sultat attendu pour le maintien des emplois;<\/li>\n<li>le comit\u00e9 de conjoncture n\u2019a pas pris l\u2019initiative d\u2019inviter l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier un plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi comme cela devrait \u00eatre le cas au vu de 5 licenciements au cours d\u2019un mois.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toutes ces constatations s\u2019ajoutent \u00e0 l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 des emplois sur le site de Diekirch. Les ventes sont \u00e0 un niveau qui ne justifie pas le maintien de deux sites dans l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne. En plus, le terrain \u00e0 Diekirch a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendu et relou\u00e9 et un manque de transparence accompagnait cette transaction.<\/p>\n<p>La direction a attendu des concessions de la part des syndicats afin de pouvoir maintenir la production \u00e0 Diekirch. Les syndicats OGBL et LCGB ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 faire des efforts sous r\u00e9serve de leur acceptation par les salari\u00e9s. Ils avaient demand\u00e9 en contrepartie une garantie d\u2019emploi que la direction a bafou\u00e9e avec ses d\u00e9cisions r\u00e9centes et en ignorant le dialogue et le partenariat social.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Communiqu\u00e9 par l\u2019OGBL et le LCGB<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> le 1er mars 2012<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4683,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
