\"\"<\/a>La direction de l\u2019entreprise Mangen Constructions de Steinfort a annonc\u00e9, ce vendredi 17 f\u00e9vrier 2012, aux syndicats OGBL et LCGB son intention de d\u00e9poser le bilan d\u00e9but de la semaine prochaine. L\u2019entreprise n\u2019est plus en mesure d\u2019honorer ses engagements envers ses salari\u00e9s et ses fournisseurs.<\/p>\n

Depuis des mois, les syndicats \u00e9taient en contact permanent avec la direction de l\u2019entreprise, le Minist\u00e8re de l’\u00c9conomie et du Commerce ext\u00e9rieur et le Minist\u00e8re du Travail et de l’Emploi afin de suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution de la situation de l\u2019entreprise. Malgr\u00e9 les interventions, aucune solution n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e pour sauver l\u2019entreprise et ses 225 emplois.<\/p>\n

Les syndicats OGBL et LCGB vont organiser une r\u00e9union d\u2019information pour l\u2019ensemble du personnel de l\u2019entreprise. Les salari\u00e9s seront inform\u00e9s sur les d\u00e9marches \u00e0 suivre dans le cadre d\u2019une faillite. La r\u00e9union aura lieu le mardi 21 f\u00e9vrier 2012 \u00e0 10h00 aupr\u00e8s du LCGB \u00e0 11 Rue du Commerce, L-1351 Luxembourg. Les salari\u00e9s seront lib\u00e9r\u00e9s par la direction pour pourvoir y assister.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL et le LCGB demandent que la faillite soit prononc\u00e9e par le tribunal comp\u00e9tent dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de bilan afin de r\u00e9duire au maximum la p\u00e9riode d\u2019incertitude et d\u2019attente des salari\u00e9s et de leurs familles. Les syndicats proc\u00e9deront ensuite \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration de cr\u00e9ance au nom des salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s afin que ces derniers touchent le plus rapidement possible les retards de paiement et les indemnit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la faillite.<\/p>\n

En outre, les syndicats revendiquent que le gouvernement luxembourgeois prenne la d\u00e9cision, comme lors de la faillite Socimmo, de verser des avances sur leurs salaires impay\u00e9s afin d\u2019\u00e9viter aux salari\u00e9s d\u2019\u00eatre priv\u00e9s de revenus pendant plusieurs mois.<\/p>\n
