Januar 2012 vom GHN (Groupe de Haut Niveau) vorgestellten Zahlen bez\u00fcglich der Krankmeldungen in Luxemburg halten sich stabil auf einem Niveau von 3,46% f\u00fcr die acht ersten Monate des Jahres 2011. Im Vergleich zu seinen Nachbarl\u00e4ndern kann Luxemburg mit der niedrigsten Rate in der Gro\u00dfregion aufwarten. Der Unterschied zwischen\u00a0 2010 und 2011 f\u00fcr die Vergleichszeit ist \u00e4u\u00dferst geringf\u00fcgig.<\/p>\n<p>Deshalb stellt sich der OGBL die Frage weshalb die Patronatsorganisationen bei jeder Gelegenheit das Argument der krankheitsbedingten Ausfalltage benutzen, um Druck auf die Arbeitnehmer auszu\u00fcben indem sie Karenztage oder andere Sanktionen einfordern. Wenn man bedenkt, dass von allen in Luxemburg geleisteten Arbeitsstunden knapp 3,4 % auf Krankenstunden entfallen, kann man die Aufregung der Patronatsorganisationen um dieses Thema kaum noch verstehen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den OGBL besteht die einzige M\u00f6glichkeit die Fehltage durch Krankheit noch weiter zu verringern in konsequenten Bem\u00fchungen im Bereich der Pr\u00e4vention von Arbeitsunf\u00e4llen und arbeitsbedingten Krankheiten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 23.
