Januar 2026 und mit einer Laufzeit von einem Jahr wurde der Kollektivvertrag zwischen Chemgas Barging S\u00e0rl und dem OGBL, der einzigen bei Chemgas vertretenen Gewerkschaft, k\u00fcrzlich erneuert.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">Die Verhandlungen sind insgesamt konstruktiv verlaufen und es konnten einige Verbesserungen f\u00fcr die Belegschaft ausgehandelt werden, unter anderem eine allgemeine Gehaltserh\u00f6hung von 1% und die Einf\u00fchrung einer Bereitschaftspr\u00e4mie, die allen Schiffsbesatzungen zustehen.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">Der Kollektivvertrag l\u00e4uft bis zum 31. Dezember 2026 und wird anschlie\u00dfend neu verhandelt.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">Chemgas Barging S\u00e0rl ist eine in Luxemburg ans\u00e4ssiges Schifffahrtsunternehmen, das Fl\u00fcssiggas auf Binnenwasserstra\u00dfen transportiert und besch\u00e4ftigt etwa 200 Mitarbeiter.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b><span lang=\"DE\">Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Stra\u00dfentransport &amp; Schifffahrt,<br \/>\nam 9.
