Rechtsanwalt Guy Thomas hat, stellvertretend f\u00fcr die 250 Widerspr\u00fcche des OGBL gegen die Ablehnung der Studienbeihilfen, das Pl\u00e4doyer im Musterfall Hodin vorgetragen.<\/p>\n<p>Aus den Pl\u00e4doyers der Rechtsanw\u00e4lte, die die Rechte hunderter Grenzg\u00e4ngerkinder vor Gericht betrafen geht hervor, dass die Position des Staates Luxemburg und des Hochschulministers Fran\u00e7ois Biltgen absolut unhaltbar ist, und dass das Gesetz von Juli 2010 laut europ\u00e4ischem Recht eine Diskriminierung darstellt. Es verst\u00f6\u00dft insbesondere gegen die Verordnung der Koordinierung der sozialen Sicherheit sowie die Arbeitnehmerfreiz\u00fcgigkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL ist zuversichtlich, dass in diesem wegweisenden Prozess zur Verteidigung der sozialen Rechte der Grenzg\u00e4nger Recht gesprochen wird.<br \/>\nDas Prinzip \u201eGleiche Leistungen bei gleichen Beitr\u00e4gen\u201c muss gewahrt bleiben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> am 12.
