Diese erste Informationsversammlung ist im Rahmen einer OGBL-Mobilisierungskampagne bez\u00fcglich der Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags im Bau- und Hoch- und Tiefbausektor organisiert worden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verhandlungen befinden sich aufgrund des sturen Festhaltens von Patronatsseite an der Ausdehnung der Arbeitszeit auf 52 Stunden pro Woche und an der damit verbundenen Samstagsarbeit in einer Sackgasse.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL hat die gewerkschaftlichen Forderungen wie eine Revalorisierung der Lohntabellen, eine verbesserte Sicherheit auf dem Arbeitsplatz usw. der Arbeitnehmerhundertschaft, die dem Appel ihrer Personaldelegation gefolgt war, vorgestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Personal zeigte sich bereit k\u00fcnftige Aktionen des OGBL zu unterst\u00fctzen, um seine Entschlossenheit zu demonstrieren, eine Verbesserung des aktuellen Kollektivvertrags zu erreichen und seine absolute Ablehnung jeglicher Arbeitszeiterh\u00f6hung sowie anderer Verschlechterungen seiner Arbeitsbedingungen kundzutun.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom Syndikat Bau, Bauhandwerk und Metallkonstruktion des OGBL am 24.
