{"id":103946,"date":"2026-07-24T10:45:00","date_gmt":"2026-07-24T08:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=103946"},"modified":"2026-07-24T10:47:16","modified_gmt":"2026-07-24T08:47:16","slug":"fermeture-dindorama-steinfort-un-plan-social-a-ete-signe","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/fermeture-dindorama-steinfort-un-plan-social-a-ete-signe\/","title":{"rendered":"Fermeture d\u2019Indorama Steinfort : un plan social a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019OGBL, le LCGB, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel et la direction d\u2019Indorama Ventures Mobility Luxembourg ont sign\u00e9 le 22 juillet 2026 un plan social dans le cadre de la fermeture annonc\u00e9e du site de Steinfort.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout au long des n\u00e9gociations, la priorit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour l\u2019OGBL et le LCGB de d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats des salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s et d\u2019obtenir les meilleures garanties possibles face \u00e0 une d\u00e9cision de fermeture \u00e0 laquelle ils continuent de s\u2019opposer fermement. L\u2019OGBL et le LCGB regrettent en effet profond\u00e9ment la disparition d\u2019un site industriel historique et les cons\u00e9quences qu\u2019elle entra\u00eene pour les salari\u00e9s et leurs familles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les n\u00e9gociations, particuli\u00e8rement intenses, ont n\u00e9anmoins permis \u00e0 l\u2019OGBL et au LCGB d\u2019obtenir un accord comprenant un ensemble de mesures destin\u00e9es \u00e0 accompagner les salari\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fermeture d\u00e9finitive du site et \u00e0 faciliter leur transition vers un nouvel emploi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le plan social pr\u00e9voit notamment des dispositifs de formation et de reconversion professionnelle, un accompagnement individualis\u00e9 par un service d\u2019outplacement, ainsi que diff\u00e9rentes mesures destin\u00e9es \u00e0 favoriser la r\u00e9insertion des salari\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019accord pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement des indemnit\u00e9s extral\u00e9gales venant compl\u00e9ter les dispositions pr\u00e9vues par la loi et par la convention collective.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La signature du plan social met un terme aux n\u00e9gociations, mais pas au travail de suivi.
