{"id":102825,"date":"2026-06-26T11:27:57","date_gmt":"2026-06-26T09:27:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=102825"},"modified":"2026-06-26T11:30:57","modified_gmt":"2026-06-26T09:30:57","slug":"une-convention-collective-aux-benefices-des-salaries-et-de-lentreprise","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/une-convention-collective-aux-benefices-des-salaries-et-de-lentreprise\/","title":{"rendered":"Une convention collective aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices des salari\u00e9s et de l\u2019entreprise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p><strong>L&#8217;OGBL, le LCGB ainsi que les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s CFL cargo et CFL technics ont sign\u00e9 une nouvelle convention collective applicable au personnel des deux entit\u00e9s concern\u00e9es, couvrant pr\u00e8s de 550 salari\u00e9s jusqu\u2019au 30 juin 2028.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle convention collective pr\u00e9voit notamment les am\u00e9liorations suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>augmentation de l\u2019allocation de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e pour valoriser l\u2019engagement ;<\/li>\n<li>attribution d\u2019un jour de cong\u00e9 d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire, pour r\u00e9compenser la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>introduction de la pr\u00e9retraite progressive offrant de nouvelles perspectives en fin de carri\u00e8re\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>diverses am\u00e9liorations et clarifications de texte en mati\u00e8re de conditions de travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fruit d\u2019un dialogue social constructif, cet accord combine avanc\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes pour les salari\u00e9s et soutien aux objectifs des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par l\u2019OGBL, le LCGB, CFL cargo et CFL technics<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>le 26 juin 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":102826,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[47],"syndicat":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
