{"id":100540,"date":"2026-05-11T09:39:22","date_gmt":"2026-05-11T07:39:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=100540"},"modified":"2026-05-11T09:43:07","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T07:43:07","slug":"introduction-dune-premiere-convention-collective-chez-skyliners","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/introduction-dune-premiere-convention-collective-chez-skyliners\/","title":{"rendered":"Introduction d\u2019une premi\u00e8re convention collective chez Skyliners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p>En date du 30 avril 2026, l&#8217;OGBL, le LCGB et la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019entreprise ont sign\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re convention collective pour l\u2019entreprise Skyliners.<\/p>\n<p>Les parties signataires se f\u00e9licitent de l\u2019introduction d\u2019une convention collective pour les quelques 230 salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise, n\u00e9goci\u00e9e dans un climat serein et constructif.<\/p>\n<p>La convention collective nouvellement introduite porte ses effets \u00e0 compter du 1<sup>er<\/sup> mai 2026. Le contenu de cette convention est inspir\u00e9 de la convention collective sectorielle du secteur du b\u00e2timent tout en introduisant les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s utiles \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un exemple qui confirme l\u2019utilit\u00e9 et l\u2019avantage des conventions collectives qui peuvent r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de l\u2019entreprise tout en tenant compte des attentes et besoins des salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise en vue de prendre en consid\u00e9ration la reconnaissance du travail\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Cette convention comprend les principaux avantages suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>introduction de bar\u00e8mes de salaires li\u00e9s aux m\u00e9tiers\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9volution des salaires constants\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>28 jours de cong\u00e9s pour tous les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>introduction d\u2019une prime annuelle bas\u00e9e sur le mod\u00e8le du b\u00e2timent\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>clarification des modalit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au temps de travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par l\u2019OGBL et le LCGB, le 11 mai 2026<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":100543,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[46],"syndicat":[81],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
