Elsie Agyemang-Duah a 27 year old Graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts and Study of Religions. She worked in sales with the West African Décor Tiles Limited Ghana for five (5) months in which she proved to be an effective team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills and gained extensive experience in sales.
Following her time with West African Décor Tiles Limited Ghana, she joined the International Labour Organization (ILO) in 2011 as a finance and administrative officer.
In the ILO, Ms Agyemang-Duah has worked with several projects including the ILOAIDS Project, Ghana Social Opportunities Project(GSOP) and Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprise, Ghana SCORE).
Her duties included but were not limited to processing payment requests for all project expenditure Drafting analytical papers and reports, Researching relevant issues, Supporting fact-finding and technical cooperation activities as well as field operations, and providing logistics support at meetings, workshops, seminar and assist in producing report.
Since March 4th, 2015 Elsie joined the OGB-L Trade Union Solidarity Ghana-Luxembourg Organization team, under the Ghana-Luxembourg Social Trust 2 (GLST2) Project. She is the Administrative/Program Assistant, based at the Accra office, providing support for the whole management and Technical team of the GLST2 made of a Chief Technical Adviser (CTA) based in Accra, The Field Coordinator based in Dodowa (Shai-Osudoku district), the two drivers and implementing partners of the Ghana-Luxembourg Social Trust 2 Program. She also takes full responsibility for outcomes, the quality and timeless of all logistics, Administration, Project archives including service. She has passion to work with less privilege in the community especially women and children. And also uses her capabilities and skills to help in achieving the goals of the Ghana Luxembourg Social Trust 2 .
